Instrumentation:
The towing truss is powered by two 25 horsepower
AC electric motors and is controlled by a Park Compumotor model 3000
Index CNC controller.
The carriage is equipped with a transverse
rotating subcarriage and a computer controlled planar motion mechanism (PMM)
capable of large amplitude vertical or horizontal motions.

Current is simulated by towing the model with
the towing truss.
